The Fastest Way to Return

The quickest way to return your item(s) for a replacement, refund or repair, is to visit your local ANYTIME PARTS branch. Be sure to provide a copy of your tax invoice as proof of purchase. 
Items Damaged During Delivery

Despite our best efforts to pack items securely, occasionally damage can occur during transit. If you discover damage when unpacking your order, please contact the Anytime Parts branch that fulfilled your order immediately. You'll find their contact details in your order confirmation email. The sooner you report transit damage, the quicker we can resolve the issue.

Wrong or Incorrectly Described Items

We work hard to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that doesn't match what you ordered or isn't as described on our website, contact the branch that processed your order or reach out to our Customer Service Team at support@anytimeparts.com.au or call 0431 031 401. When returning faulty items that are covered under consumer guarantees or manufacturer warranty, Anytime Parts covers all return freight costs. This includes products that arrive faulty, aren't of merchantable quality, aren't fit for their intended purpose, or have valid warranty claims.

How to Arrange a Return

  • Your name and phone number
  • Product codes of items you're returning
  • Detailed description of the fault or issue

Once we've reviewed your return request, we'll email you a Returns Authorization Notice. This document is essential - items returned without it cannot be processed. Print the notice and include it with your returned items.

Packaging Your Return

Secure packaging is crucial to ensure your items reach us safely. Use the original packaging whenever possible, and ensure all items are well-protected. If we arrange courier collection, we'll provide a suitable collection time and return address details on your Returns Authorization Notice.

Return Processing Times

Once we receive your returned items with the Returns Authorization Notice, we aim to process your replacement or refund within 14 days. For remote locations, this timeframe may be slightly longer due to extended transit times. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.
