Where We Deliver

Anytime Parts delivers to metropolitan and regional areas throughout Western Australia. We're committed to getting your orders to you wherever you are located within the country. However, we currently don't offer international shipping services.

Please note that we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Australia Post Parcel Collect addresses, or Parcel Lockers. These restrictions are in place to ensure secure and successful delivery of your items. If you're located in a remote or regional area, additional delivery charges may apply. Don't worry though - our team will contact you before processing your order to discuss the most cost-effective shipping solution for your location.

How We Ship Your Orders

We work with reliable Australian courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and promptly. The specific courier we use depends on your location and what you've ordered, allowing us to provide the best possible service for each delivery.

You have several delivery options to choose from.

Standard delivery provides ground shipping directly to your nominated address at competitive rates. If you need your items urgently, express delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our Click & Collect service, which allows you to pick up your order from your nearest Anytime Parts branch that has your items in stock - completely free of charge.

Should you prefer to arrange your own courier service, that's perfectly fine. Simply let the Anytime Parts branch handling your order know, and they'll coordinate with your chosen carrier. You'll find the branch contact details in your order confirmation email.

When Your Order Will Be Processed

Once we receive your payment confirmation, we aim to process and dispatch your order within one to three business days. The exact timeframe depends on stock availability, payment verification, and the complexity of your order. If you place an order after 2:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time, it will typically be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

For standard delivery, orders to metropolitan areas generally arrive within two to five business days. Regional deliveries typically take three to seven business days, while remote locations may require five to ten business days. If you've chosen Click & Collect, you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready, usually within one to three business days of placing your order.

Please remember these timeframes are estimates based on normal conditions. Occasionally, factors beyond our control such as courier delays, severe weather, or other unexpected circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 when delivering to eligible postcodes. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $25 applies to these same eligible postcodes. Free shipping eligibility depends on your postcode and the type of products you're ordering. Some items, particularly bulk, heavy, or dangerous goods, may not qualify for free shipping regardless of your order value.

Additional charges apply in certain circumstances. Dangerous goods incur a $40 surcharge per shipment due to special handling requirements. After-hours delivery is available for $40 per shipment in Perth Metro Area. For large or heavy items requiring special equipment, we'll provide you with a quote before confirming your order.

Dealing with Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact our customer service team who will liaise with our courier partner to locate your shipment.

For lost or damaged items, it's important to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. When reporting damage, please include photographs of both the damaged items and their packaging. We'll then arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Rest assured that we'll handle any freight insurance claims on your behalf, making the process as smooth as possible for you.

Authority to Leave

During checkout, you can request Authority to Leave (ATL) if you'd like your order left at your address when no one is available to receive it. Please understand that once a delivery is completed under ATL instructions, neither Anytime Parts nor our courier partners can be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We strongly recommend only using this option if you have a secure delivery location.

Modifying or Cancelling Orders

If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order is dispatched. Once your items are on their way, redirection fees charged by the courier may apply.

Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch for a full refund. If you request cancellation after dispatch, you may need to cover return shipping costs. Please note that custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once we've confirmed your order, as these are specifically procured for you.

Special Delivery Requirements

Large items requiring special handling such as forklift, loading dock, or tail-lift service need to be identified when you place your order. Please make a note during checkout and contact your assigned branch immediately after ordering to ensure proper delivery arrangements. Additional charges may apply for these specialized services.

Items classified as dangerous goods require special handling by trained personnel and appropriate documentation. These shipments incur a mandatory $40 surcharge. If the courier's dangerous goods fee exceeds $40, we'll contact you to arrange payment for the difference.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase and cover the return shipping costs, unless we've sent you incorrect items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund using your original payment method. This typically takes five to ten business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
